If you use us as your house painter, we'll provide you with a free in-home professional colour consultation.
Our colour consultant will schedule a time to meet with you at your home and help guide you to the paint colours you are looking for. It's easy, and without the struggle of having to find the perfect colour scheme for yourself, best of all, it's free.

Labour and materials are covered under the REDLADDER Contractor warranty
for one years after completion of the work.
If a defect occurs during the year window, REDLADDER will supply the labour and materials at no charge to ensure the defect is corrected. Please understand there are circumstances and limitations that apply to this warranty.
Some limitations to this warranty:
REDLADDER Contractor is not responsible for:

Consequential or incidental damages after the completion of the project.

Failure due to work completed prior to dow brothers painting starting the project.

Shifting or settling causing cracks in caulking or joints on trim pieces.

Dirty areas causing discoloration.

Water damages are caused by moisture, flooding, leaks or spills.
Please note, REDLADDER is not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen weather conditions or deficiencies due to the extreme environmental climate.
REDLADDER promises to complete all prep work thoroughly before applying any product to your project. We take pride in doing the job right the first time and we promise to honour any deficiencies that may occur otherwise.
